Sharing advise

Hi,

I’m currently looking for some advise on the best method for sharing the following:

A combination of reports shared to a small group of people, with RLS applied to filter the data within those reports to the relevant user.

A custom report applicable to one individual. There will be one of these for each user in the small group.

I will build all reports myself, the other users only need to read & interact with the reports.

Any advise is appreciated!

@Anonymous My approach here would be the following.

1) Create an App workspace for these reports for my use only

2) Create an AD group, or have one created where all those people were added (this group may increase or decrease and this method lets IT handle permissions)

3) Share the single RLS report to that group

4) Share the single reports to each individual

This allows me to have all the reports in singular location for myself so I can manage the needs of those end users.
