I have created a Report in a workspace, and want to send a link to the report to a colleague who is also a member of the workspace and has a Pro license.
I click on Share, in the top right hand corner, then copy the report link, put it in an email and send it to him.
He can't access the report via the link...
... and neither can I.
... when I click on the link, it takes me to My Workspace... can't find the report, and suggests that I ask for access.
It is the most infuriating thing. What on earth is the point?

Hi @reubster,
Are you sending an email from the Share pane using the "Share" button, or are you just copying the link and sending in a separate email?
Having the link isn't the same as having access to the report. What you'll want to do is finish the process of using the Sharing menu. Where it says "Grant Access To," enter their email, and click Share at the bottom. That will give them access and notify them in an email that it's available.
