Sharing a report APP with filters

I want to be able to set some filters on my report thats published as an App. 

Then share the link to others with the filters.

Is this possible?

Not sure if this can be done for App but for report we can use below -

As far as I know you could save the report with the filters you want set.

Then update the app.

You could then get the users to change the filters if it is not what they want?

No thats not what i want. I want a filter applied and sent to one user. Another filter combination to another.

Unfortunately that is not possible at this point in time.
