Sharing a Dashboard

Hi 

So my setup.   

Postgress data server at our HQ and I am working form home connected via VPN.  I publish the report and it appears in my workspace. 

I share the report to people in Org but they get a error when trying to access it. 

Also I am unable to setup the refresh to the data source either as the server gives me the error and the detials is correct 

Failed to update data source credentials: An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions'Show details

Do I need to setup a gateway on myside for a reason ?

Are you getting this error message?

For such error messages, there may be a problem in PostGreSQL, such as firewall or TCP/IP, etc. Refer to the similar solutions below.
