Sharing Via Email Not Working

Looks like a previous issue is back where sharing a report via email to another user is not received by the recepient.

What type of account you shared? Internal user or external users? Can you confirm imputed account available? In addition, you can also ask him to check his email rule/policy if any settings blocked these emails.

Can you confirm that their email is working?

And maybe it was not blocked by a spam blocker?

We had the same issue a few weeks ago and I tested it myself yesterday. Mimecast did not catch it for myself or the user and the email never came through. I tested again this morning and it is working again.

I cannot say why it stopped working though
