I created a report in desktop that people in my company need access to. However, everytime I try to upload something to Teams or share via email, I get a message saying I am the other viewers need Pro. Is there a way to share this report without everyone having access to pro? The viewers need to be able to filter on and scroll through the data as well. Thanks 🙂
Solved! Go to Solution.
If the report doesn't have any private data to the point that it is acceptable for anyone to have access to it, then you can use publish to web - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-publish-to-web
Otherwise, you and the individuals you are sharing it with will need Power BI Pro or Premium.
