Sharing Reports with non-Power BI Users
Hello all,
I have a Premium per User (PPU) License. I am only one in the company that works with Power BI. After research I discovered I needed to be on a premium capacity to share out the report with non-power bi users. However, it doesn't seem like premium per user accounts come with a capacity. How would I purchase a capcity to put my work on?

1.You can try to publish the report to web, then the user can see it without any license, you can refer to the following link.

2.If you want to purchase the capcity, you need to connect the admin , then let admin assign the license to you. You can refer to the following link.
