Sharing Reports with External Users

Hi all,

I have a PRO account:

with a PREMIUM CAPACITY workspace,

Do i have the ability to share content with external users without them needing any type of license??

With Webdashboard you can easily share your Power BI reports and dashboards, with an intern and external users. All you need is an e-mail address.

that was my understanding too but when i share reports with external users the link prompts them to sign up/buy license

@Anonymous How are you sharing? Via a link or are you inviting them to a workspace as a member for example. In the later case, they need a Pro license. These might help:

@Anonymous Yes.

This is my understanding of Microsoft licensing. I am not a Microsoft licensing lawyer nor do I play one on TV.
