Hello,
many of our users are working with "Personalized Visuals" and Filters that they share by Link with their colleagues ("include my changes" feature).
Since two days we get the following message for many of those links:
I know that there are some restrictions for that feature (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-share-reports#considerations-an.... But I do not think that we reached one of these limitations.
Especially the 180 Day limit should not be our problem because we have one link that worked yesterday and that is no longer working today. According to limitations info the 180 day limit is reset after every access to the link.
There have not been any changes in Power BI Report or our SSAS model during the last days.
We have really no idea what happened and this makes a lot of problems because there exists many of those links in our company. Some of them are used for generating monthly reports and its quite an afford to rebuild them ervery month.
Do you have any idea?
Are there know issues on that?
Thanks in advance.
Hi @Bernd_W ,
Based on your question I think it would be possible to share the report again and generate a new link for the end user. The topic may help you below: Solved: Sharing - "That shared report view isn't available... - Microsoft Fabric Community
There is currently no option to set these links to never expire or to extend the expiration period beyond 180 days. This link may let you know the current situation: Microsoft Idea
