Sharing Reports/Apps with International Users

Based in the US and we share reports and Apps to our US customers without any issue. 

We have a couple customers based internationally and even though they have pro licenses they are unable to access the shared content. 

Are there any limitations when sharing with users in other countries I should be aware of?

Hi Sanket, Thanks - it didnt resolve the issue though. 

Here is the error message the receiver gets when opening the shared report link.

Try publishing the report again to Power BI Service and create new link and share with whom you want to share.

For international users, there are no explicit limitation, you can share contents with external users or guest users.

Could you provide some output of the issue, such as error messages etc.

Hi @TrentAssist .

In such case you can adjust the Link Settings and add the specific users with whom you want to share your dashboards.

You will find that when you click on 'Share' in the report.
