Hi Sanket, Thanks - it didnt resolve the issue though.

Here is the error message the receiver gets when opening the shared report link.

Based on my test, i recieve the same message when i use a free account to open shared report link.

Try publishing the report again to Power BI Service and create new link and share with whom you want to share.
