Sharing Report outside of Organisation - 'Something went wrong'

Hi,

I'm a pro user (trial) sharing with a free user who is outside of my organisation.

When they try to open the report they receive the following error message

Any help would be much appreciated. They are trying to access the report via Chrome (Version 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (64-bit)).

I know that Trial users, can't invite guest users.

"To invite guest users, a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license is needed. Pro Trial users can't invite guest users in Power BI."

That said, is your external user, already setup as a guest user via Azure Active Directory, or?

Pls try  assign  a role to the person whom you shared the dashboard/report with.

And about share（trier uer is close to pro user in terms of permissions）:

User with Power BI Pro license could share report with people outside my organization, but people outside my organization also need Power Bi pro license.

If people outside my organization with free license and still want to see the report, only when workspace is in Premium capacity  able to achieve.

Hi @mmace1 - thanks for the message.how would I check whether they have been setup as a guest user? I have sent them several invites but none have been received (now realise this is due to being a trial user).

There is only myself listed with Direct Access & no one listed in 'Pending'
