If I have a PPU license, is it possible to share reports with non-licensed users from my workspace? If not, is there any other way to share them so they can interact with the reports?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@Anonymous No. You can possibly use Publish to Web in certain circumstances depending on the features used in the report. This is not secure in any way.

@Greg_Deckler thank you, that's what I thought. I have a Pro user who is insisting they can share with non licensed users if they have a PPU license.
@Anonymous That's not a thing. In fact, if you publish to a PPU workspace everyone needs PPU to view it. The only way you can share with unlicensed or "free" users is by having a Premium capacity. That is different than PPU.
@Greg_Deckler yes, I implemented Premium at my last job so I'm aware of the benefits. Thanks.
