    When you want to share your report with others, license is crucial. If your report is in Premium workspace, then even if your users are free, they can see the reports you share. But if you don't have Premium license, then the license of other users depends on your license, if you have Pro license, then the shared users need Pro license, if you have PPU license, then the users need PPU license. related licenses requirements, you can refer to the following link.

    You also mentioned that you want different users to view different data, and that RLS is a good choice. RLS is divided into two types: static and dynamic. The static one is where you designate a certain area or post to be able to view the specified content. Dynamic is where you can designate users to look at different content based on their account. If you need to divide more users, this time it is recommended that you use dynamic RLS .
