Sharing DataSet with Office 365 group

Hi All,

I am trying to share a dataset in one workspace with PowerBI app and group of users in another workspace.

The report workspace has a published app where the permission have been given to an Office 365 group and I want to share the dataset with the Office 365 group so the PowerBI App users can see the data in the report.

When i Manage Permission of the DataSet and Add user i cannot find the Office 365 group by typing in the name or entering the email address of the group , so i cannot share the dataset with these users. I am an owner of the dataset, the other workspace and the Office 365 group.

Can you share a PowerBI dataset to an Office 365 group ?

was able to do it 24 hours later (yeah Azure Sync time) by using the email address of the Office 365 group
