Sharing Data with someone outside your workspace

Good afternoon,

I am looking for some assistance/guidance, I am trying to share filtered data to someone in another workspace within my organisation. DataFlowGen 2 looks good but it appears that they will need to be a member of my workspace to use it.

Does anyone have a similar requirement or have a solution?

unfortunately, he needs to be in the same workspace so it works.
