Sharing Dashboards with colleague

Hi,

With a purchase of PPU license:

1. Can we share our created dashboard with users across organization if they even don't have PPU licence to view and use the same or would they also need PPU licence only to view and use dashboards
2. Can the user download the data from that dashboard/report published under my workspace. If yes then how?

Hi @piyush_p1 

Each user would need to have a PPU license to view and use the dashboards.

It is best to have reports and dashboards in an app workspace. Then you can configure if you want the users to be able to download the data.
