Since last friday (15 July '16) the users we shared our dashboard with (our client) has stopped working for them - they simply cannot see the dashboards anymore. All they see is PowerBI logo with moving dots underneath - and this goes on forever. This problem only happens for our client users we have invited (guests), all our employees still have perfect access. Before last friday this worked fine.
any ideas?

We have the same issue. We rely heavily on being able to share dashboards with our clients, but something has happened during July.
1) the direct link under the "Access"-tab in the sharing window does not work for users outside of the organization
2) even the invitation link (invitation email) does not work all the time
We do not have row level security enabled and this happens with both the free version and the pro version. Before july these were working fine.
Anyone else experiencing these issues?
@Anonymous if you applied either row level security, or added a Pro feature to the dashboards (and the external users have free versions of Power BI) these factors could cause the issue. Either of these apply?
