Sharepoint refresh time out

Dear Experts,       I have a datasource from Sharepint Online,when I connect it in desktop, the refresh is ok,but when I publish to Service and set the refresh shedule, it always returns time out,w...

Thanks for your reply, but I'm not using workbook,just excel....so it's not a solution to me.
