Sharepoint - Request Failed

Hi Guys, Good Afternoon!

 

My report have auto schedule refresh, but it not completing and return the error log 

 

 

My credencials is correct, but i dont undestand because this error.

 

Can you help me, please!

    Hi Anonymous ,

    When I changed my password but I didn't update the credential, it was occurred.  And after reconnectting, it worked fine. Did you update your account password like my scenario?

      I already applied update of the credencials, but it doesnt solved the problem.

        Does this issue resolved? Any workaround please?
