Sharepoint Folder not refreshing

I have a connection just to a OneDrive link, registered as "a SharePoint folder", Power BI Service tells me that I don't need a gateway, but it tells me the following error: Excel Workbook: The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine. The 64-bit version of the Access Database Engine OLEDB provider may be required to read this type of file. To download the client software, visit the following site: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=285987. Where am I supposed to install the 64-bit version of the Access Database Engine OLEDB? It is installed on my local computer, what is the solution?

    It seems your source file is either .xlx or .xlsb 

    You can follow any of below 

    1. Update your source file to .xlsx 

    2. Configure a gateway and install 64bit version of Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 on gateway server, then create a data source for your source file (even it's on SharePoint) and use that to refresh your dataset.
