Shared workspace and personal gateway
Hello,
I have a shared workspace where me and a colleague are admins. When I publish a report to this workspace I use a personal gateway to refresh data. My colleague does not have a personal gateway. When my colleagues re-publishes this same report to this workspace my personal gateway is 'de-selected'. Is there a way how my colleague can publish reports and these reports keep using my personal gateway without me changing this manually everytime?

as far as I know that's not possible.
Whenever the report is updated from someone else, the personal gateway is overwritten.
You could change to the enterprise gateway, there you can solve issues like that.
Be aware that the personal gateway is made to use as a single person, as the name mentions. So I don't expect there to be a solution for that.

from a technical point of view you can install it on the same machine as the personal gateway and set it up. Make sure to uninstall the personal gateway first as both on the same device are causing trouble.
Only your company could shut it down if they don't want to see the enterprise gateway bein used. But technically you can use it instead of the personal gateway.
