I have a premium per user account that I share reports with users that have a free user license. The sharing has been working perfectly until today. As of today, when a user with a free license trys to access the report, they receive the message "Get more features with Premium Per User."
I'm not sure what happened between yesterday and today, but I can't figure out where the issue is.

With PPU, user also need to have PPU that is why they are not able to see it.
Not sure how it was working previously, check if they has opted for trials that got expired today.
