Shared mailbox connection via Power BI

Trying to connect to a shared mailbox via Power BI, and got the error attached tried by email and UPN as well, as it is shared mailbox it has no password so not the same as a personal email account.

Access to shared mailbox is already granted and have access and I can connect to my own email address via Power BI.

Hi,

If you want to connect to a shared mailbox via Power BI, I suggest you to click on “Get data” and select the “Exchange Online”, then choose "Microsoft Account" in Power BI Desktop, and then choose OAuth2 authentication in Power BI Service and check if you can connect successfully.

I am able to connect to shared mailbox through PowerBI but tables are empty in Power BI. How I can view the data for mailbox folders in PowerBI?
