Shared dashboard not loading visuals sporadically

Hello PowerBI Community,

We have a reporting dashboard that is currently shared from the author's workspace to an AAD group of users. Most of the users have no issue seeing and interacting with this report but on occasion we have a user or two get the following error.

When they interact with the report to filter to just a subset of data all the visuals go blank and that error shows up.

Other details:

The datasets are not shared, just the dashboard.

We do not yet have this dashboard setup in a deployment pipeline process as we are early in it's development but the information is needed now so we are all okay with the sandbox prd nature of it; just need everyone able to use the dasboard consistently right now.

Thank you, yeah the shared from an individual's workspace was the first pass. I created a workspace and had the author republish to that workspace (we have pro license). Currently the indiviudal that was having the most issues with the dashboard has been granted view access to this new workspace.
From your comment and what I have been able to find online, it seems like this will likely resolve the issue now that the dashboards and their datasets are contained within this workspace.

That is a midsize to large red flag.  Preferable this should reside on a premium workspace.
