Shared Report is Not Showing

Thanks for your reply. I solved it, I was sharing the report within Power BI Desktop, which was where it wasn't working. When I accessed my own report on Power BI Service and shared the report from there, it appeared in the users shared with reports.

I can understand how confusing it is when the report is visible via the email link but not directly in the Power BI Service.
What is happening here is that reports shared directly from “My Workspace” do not always show up under the recipient’s normal workspace view. Instead, they appear in the “Shared with me” section in the left-hand menu of the Power BI Service. Could you please ask the recipient to check there?
If you want the report to be more easily discoverable (without depending on the email link), I’d recommend publishing it to a dedicated Workspace instead of “My Workspace”. From there, you can either: Share the report directly from the workspace, or Create a Power BI App this way, your colleagues will see it right away under their Apps section in Power BI.

This should make the report easier for them to find and access without relying only on the email invite link.
