Shared Report: User can see some reports, others prompt for Pro license

I have a report that I created for a user (Coworker). I have shared that report with the user. The user can see the workspace with the diamond (Premium content indicator) but when the user clicks the report to open it, he is prompted to get himself a Power BI Pro license.

That user can see and interact with other premium reports shared with him, by other report creators.

Is there a setting missing on my end?

Hi comish4lif,

To let free user can see content your shared with him, firstly, the user should be added to your group(azure portal-> azure AAD), secondly, the report you shared with the free user should be in dedicated capacity(premium capacity). If these setting has already been down but the issue still occurs, you can create a support ticket here.

Jimmy Tao
