Shared Ownership on report - Usage metrics

Hello, how can I assign someone to be owner as well so they can see usage metrics on a report?  Currently My manager only has read and reshare?  Id' like for him to have Owner as well.

@jcastr02 You will need to add him as a contributor or higher permission level on the workspace.
