I've run into a problem when sharing dashboards. When the person receiving the dashboard clicks the link they go to a gray screen and nothing happens. If they log in they can access the report tho...

Helper VIf I send a link to a user who I've granted access to they can open it no problem. Also if they log in and go to 'Shared with me' it's working too. It's just when I share through the online power Bi that the recipient gets the gray screen issue.
