SharePoint List - get items in a folder
Hi, PowerBI newbie here. I have a list with thousands of items in it - all of which are in folders by years, such as "FY24", "FY25", etc., I've tried several times to "Export to Power BI" - ...
Never heard of folders inside lists. Do you maybe mean a document library?
No. It is a SharePoint List, not a document library.
Considerations and Limitations states that only data in the root folder will show.
