SharePoint Embed report from Premium Workspace not accessible to free users
Hi luiso,
Could you please mark the proper answer as solution or share the solution if it's convenient for you? That will be a big help to the others.
Hi DamienMader,
I'm afraid so. It's from the official documentation.
>>>Add email addresses of people you want to have access to the workspace, and select Add. You can’t add group aliases, just individuals.
Best Regards!

This issue is still not resolved. After further testing, we found there is no inconsistency and that user rights was not the issue.
The experience is consistent: Free users cannot access embedded reports in SharePoint even if they have the correct access and the report resides in premium capacity. They can see the reports in the POwer BI app with a free license but not as a SharePoint embedded link. If we upgrade them to PowerBI Pro, they can then see the report as an embedded SharePoint link. In addition, we found that when a user is upgraded to a power bi pro license, they still cannot access embedded SharePoint reports until they visit the PowerBI app. Following that first visit, they can view the embedded SharePoint reports.
..so this issue remains unresolved. The experience remains that Power BI Free users cannot access reports published in premium capacity through an embedded SharePoint link

Hi luiso,
To be honest, I'm not familiar with SharePoint. So the question is: can the free user access the other part of SharePoint smoothly? If the issue persist, please create a support ticket here. (Please click the gif for details.)
