Share to web embed codes when a user is removed?

In a organisation share to web is used to share public data on their website.

In the tenant settings Publish to web is limited to a security group. If a user is removed from the group their codes will show as infringed and do not work anymore.

How would this organisation keep the codes working when a user leaves, is deleted?

Any best practices for this?

Hi , @jeroendekk

The Manage embed codes page includes a status column. By default, embed codes are Active, but could also be one of the statuses listed below.

And for the "Infringed",This status typically occurs when an embed code was created and then the Publish to web tenant setting was changed to exclude the user owning the embed code. If the tenant setting is disabled, or the user is no longer allowed to create embed codes, existing embed codes show an Infringed status.
