Share reports outside organization
Hi,
we would like to share our reports with people outside our organization.
I know that you can add these people as guest users to your Tenante via Azure / Entra and then give them access to the report. That would be a lot of work to add all possible users to our Tenante via our IT. Is there a way to bypass this step (adding guest users)? We tried it via an app in Power BI Service, but that didn't work either.
We do not want to share the report publicly via a link as it is sensitive data. Ideally, we can see who is using the report.
Maybe there are other ways of sharing reports outside the organization. I am grateful for any advice.

it's either you create them a new email that is related to your tenant, or you need to pick an option from the ones you've mentioned.
There's no other way.
