Share report with external user
Good day.
I have a problem with clients that are external to the company where I belong. These clients cannot share reports from the power bi service with other users of the same company to which they belong.
Is there any option for this topic? Or is it restricted from compiling reports from the external user in the power bi service?

If you're the owner of the Power BI content with pro license, can share the content with external users.
Please refer to the following article
share content with users using their personal email accounts, making it easier to share data with people outside of your organization
Share a dashboard or report with people outside your organization
You might also refer to the official document to allow secure distribution of Power BI content to guest users outside the organization – while still maintaining control and governing access to internal data. (I believe that's what you're looking for)
