Hi    I created a report with a Pro License and iwould like to share it with free users. I read that i need to publish the report in a premium capacity workspace in order to be to have access free ...

    Hi pbi1908 

    No, Reports published to web are placed on app.powerbi.com and are accessible to anyone with the URL. This site is also crawled by search engines so anyone can search them, put "site:app.powerbi.com burningsuit" into a search engine to see what I mean.

    If you want to have secure access to your data, get the users a Pro licence.

Is there a way to apply restrictions with development on the web. I mean i will publish to web and i will share a link with my coleagues to see the data as i understood. 

Is it possible to with development from our IT team to apply restrictions to that link, restrictions like to nees a password in order to see the data?
