Share report outside my organization using RLS
HI, i can't figure out how can i share outside my organization a report using RLS security. I tried also to create an App using the new template app workspace but i still cannot use RLS. ...

We cannot add outside organization people as RLS. Power bi account is required to do this unless you are embeding your reports in to web.Refer to:Row-level security with Power BI Embedded
