Hi,

Could I share my report to outside of my Org user's gmail account?

I am using the Pro Trial account now. Do I need to upgrade to Pro?

Is there  a way that I could share the PBI reports with users who doesn't have Pro account? 

Also, is there a way, people can use their gmail account to sign up as a PBI Pro user?

--yes there is. You can publish your report to web. But that will be available to everyone. Your data will be public.

You can share, but the end user must be using a Pro License also.
