Share power bi login

Hi,

I work at a startup and we are developing dashboards on power bi, we need to share the panels with some users of the company, we hired a pro license, the doubt is: the login of this pro license can be shared between users so that they access the panel?

It is a possibility but it's a one access per one user. Plus the login and the password should be shared.

Does this mean that when one user accesses the other they will lose their connection to the panel?

my biggest doubt is if in case i share the login with some users if that would go against some rule of use of the power bi licenses.

If the other users are just going to view the report and the report doesn't contain sensitive data then One pro License can do the Job. Otherwise new Licenses would be the best solution

That's right, the license would be shared with 3 or 4 other users just to view the information.

You are confusing license and reports. License is not shareable reports are. So again if the information that your users are going to view are not sensitive then you can generate a Public URL and send it to them. Here an example

The question was about the license, if I could pass the username and password of a license to other users to access a panel that is not public.

Of course, sharing your credentials with someone else is always not recommended and at the end it is up to you.
