Share point data source reports are not refreshing in Power BI Service

Hi Community,

I have few reports that use Share point Folder as a Data source .  The reports are refreshing fine in Power BI Desktop . When I publish reports to Power BI Service, the report is in failure status . I am aware that we do not need any gateway to run Sharepoint 

based power bi reports . However, in data source credentials, I choose OAUTH .Can some one look at the error message and let me know why reports are not refreshing in Power BI Service ?

Error MEssage : 

:{"type":1,"value":"SharePoint: Request failed: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."}}

Hi Eyelyn,

Sorry for the late reply. I tried all those steps and didnt helped . It has been taken to Microsoft and they are currently working on a case . 

They are analyzing logs which we collected from gateway and have to wait and see until they get back to us .

I haven't reproduced your issue.

Please delete the data source (File->Options and Settings->Data Source Settings->Edit/Clear Permission) and reconnect to see if it works.
