Share dashboard to group workspace

I can't quite seem to figure this out. I have a desktop pbix file stored in my OneDrive for business. I connect the service to this file and it lives in my workspace. When I update the desktop pbix the service connected "version" updates in short order. Now that it's all working I want to share that report or dashboard with a group workspace, but can't see any ways to do it. Any tips??

Hi @Anonymous , If you publish your dashbaord in your own workspace as a content pack you can then pick it up from the group workspace as a dashboard. One thing to be aware of is that you have to publish to you're whole org, can't publish to the specific workspace's email for the same reason it's not possible to share to that email. If that presents a security risk then I'd enable RLS, I just tested it and even though any user in the org can download the report, they need to be added to the RLS in order to view any of the data.

I was able to find the email address of the "group" in our o365 directory but when I try to share the dashboard with the group using the groups email address I get the following error. I guess it isn't possible...?

@Anonymous The publish option in the Desktop will only allow you to publish to PBI groups that you are a part of. ie, they show up in your Group Workspaces in the PBI Service. If the group you are looking at is an O365 group, and you are part of it, I think it should show in your Group Workspaces. However, you can create a group workspace by clicking on "My Workspace" in the Service and clicking the "+" icon next to Group Workspaces. Then you should see it in the desktop when you clich publish.

This solution makes sense, but I would like to share a dashboard to the other 0365 group.  In this scenario, I would publish the PBI report, then recreate the dashboard in the new 0365 group.
