Hello, we currently have a PBI Premium license and need to share the report with ~400 users within the organization. I have a list of all accounts in a spreadsheet.
Is there a more effective way to share with all of the 400 users using, say, a PowerShell script? Adding one by one in the UI takes too long.
Hi @FelipeCosta ,
You could publish it to web but security cannot be guaranteed.
You could also use PowerShell to batch process it.
Could you provide a link that has the PowerShell command? That's exactly what I need.
I couldn't find it anywhere.
@FelipeCosta This is where Active Directory comes into play. I would recommend you have an AD group created and you can share with that group. Than IT or whomever manages your users can handle the user management part (coming/going of personnel) and you only have to share 1x with 1 group.
Thanks, but IT won't create AD groups for us.
Is it possible to share by script?
