Share Reports
Is there a way that I could share the PBI reports with users who doesn't have Pro account?
Also, is there a way, people can use their gmail account to sign up as a PBI Pro user?

Either your users need to be under Pro license or part of the Premium license to access the reports you publish. If you publish using the "Publish to Web" functionality which is good for non-confidential information, it is accessible by anyone with the link even without any license.
To signup for the Power BI service, you need to have a work or school email account ID.
