Share Report with Parameter drop down
Hello! I'd like to be able to share a paginated report I created, that is published to the Power BI Service. I want the end-user to select from the drop-down (parameter) the criteria for their report. We have a premium/pro enterprise license. The users do not have licenses for the most part. When I try to share the link with the users, they get a message about requesting access. What could I be doing wrong?

Hi kristythiel ,
If you have power bi premium, you can set the workspace to the premium capacity, so that you can send the paginated report in the workspace in the form of a link to users without licenses through the Share method, users can open and view this report through this link.
Share Power BI reports and dashboards with coworkers and others - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
What is Microsoft Power BI Premium? - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
You can also use planned invitations to turn accounts of different organizations into guest users, and then pull them into the workspace, see this report.

Hi kristythiel
You can share the reports through Power BI App if they dont have pro license.
Thanks
