Share Power BI reports with external users

Hello guys,

I want to share a report with an external users and for some reason he's unable to access it.

The report is located in a Pro workspace, and the user pro account. His email is from another compaby.

Although the report is in a pro workspace, I am premium user under a PPU type of licencse.

What would be the reason for the external user not being able to acess the shared report?

The user will need to be added into your Azure tenant as a guest if that is not already the case. Then the path forward can be one of two things: 

1. You will need to apply a Power BI Pro license in your tenant to the user (you pay for it). 

2. Configure your tenant to include guest users on Power BI reports. 

Depending on the structure of your company and IT policies, this may or may not be possible. The only other option you have is to use Power BI embedded with Premium Capacity and embed the dashboard on a SharePoint site or other website.
