Share Access with Users in Different Subdomain within Organization
empoweredbi Azure is a separate service from Power BI platform.
My question: is your organization using Azure services (I guess yes) contact your organization global admin
Note: Power BI admin center is different from M356 Admin center and those two are different from having privileges to manager Azure portalhttps://app.powerbi.com/admin-portal/ = Power BI

https://portal.azure.com/ = Azure
Skilled Sharerempoweredbi I have similar subdomain "dallasbaba.com" & "dallasbaba.onmicrosoft.com" and I am able to share a pin visual dashboard to [email protected]
You can try configure your Azure Active Directory to recognize the subdomains as part of your organization.
Go to Azure Active Directory > Custom domain names > Add mgmt.org.com as a custom domain
Again in Azure AD, go to Users > New guest user > Add [email protected] (and the management team members) as guest users.
Lastly, can you add [email protected] as a member of the workspace in PBI service.
