Hi there,
I created a shape visual in my report based on a custom json map over Sweden, displaying three different risk levels depending on the value of a slicer. It looks great both in Desktop and when published to my workspace online.
However, when I publish the report to the web (public), the shape visual is replaced by the error symbol (x in cirkle), and when clicking on it it says that there are problems with the fields used in this visual.
Is it maby not allowed to publish shape visuals since it's only a preview feature?
Really grateful for any ideas why this is happening!
Update: I litterally did nothing and now the visual suddenly is shown properly. So problem "solved" (if not understood) 😊
Hi, @Anonymous
Please refer to the Restrictions and Cautions for publishing to the Web and Shape Map to possibly find the cause of your problem.
