Setting up Power BI Gen2 Premium Metrics App (Premium Capacity Utilization And Metrics)

We've encountered a roadblock setting up our Gen2 Premium Metrics App. Specifically, what is the meaning of TimePoint and how should it be filled in? Or have we filled in something else incorrectly?
We can't get "Next" to highlight so we can move forward.

Please scroll down the page further until the TimePoint2 field appears. Fill that in, then Next will be clickable.
