Setting up Power BI Embedded

Our company is trying to implement PowerBI Embedded - however, I'm not sure which version of PowerBI I need. I spoke with an MS representative who informed me I need an Azure subscription, but he did...

    As per my understanding, there is no version number required for Power BI Embed. Power BI is a cloud service and when we talk about embed then it will look for workspaces.
