Set alert and Fabric Activator Usage with Free License

Hello,

What type of license is required to use the 'Set alert' in PBI Service?
Can a person with a free license use the Fabric Activator and send same notifications to others as well?

@Lora_0121 The user must have at least a Pro license or access to a Premium Capacity workspace.

A free license user can set alerts and receive notifications, provided the content is shared with them from a workspace in Premium Capacity.
