Service returns different results after publishing the Report

Hi...
I am facing this issue where the following is in Desktop, works pefectly.. no issue at all.

This is what I get after publishing it service .. and I am trying to resolve it for past few days.

The buttons are parameters. all numbers using 1 single measure with filters.

TotalLeadsByDateReceived =
CALCULATE(
   COUNTROWS(Leads),
    USERELATIONSHIP('DateTable'[Date], Leads[LeadCreationDate])
)

  • Instead of "Split colum by Dlimimiter " to split date from datetime column, I changd it to "Date.From[DateTime]" in Power Query and used it as inactive relations with my datetable.

    This solved my problem.

    Hi mohammadyousaf ,

    Please ensure that there are no filters or slicers applied in the Power BI Service that are not present in the Power BI Desktop version. Sometimes, users might inadvertently apply filters that affect the data.

    Best regards.

      I have finally found out the issue is once I connect it to my gateway and refresh the data, the values changes instantly... however, the data source hold the correct values it only happens when I refresh the report.
  • No filter applied in PBI service.
    I am trying to resolve it , still I couldn't find the issue in service or desktop file. The question is why the behaviour is different in service even publishing the report for the 1st time.
