    HiGjakova

Please check if a persistent filter is applied to the report,if you use it ,all Power BI reports will now automatically retain the filters, slicers, and other data view changes that you have made.

To see persistent filters in action, simply head to any Power BI report that you have view or edit access to. You will notice a new button on the top bar that says “Reset to default”. As soon as you interact with the report (e.g. applying a filter or slicer), the button will light up and you will see the reset icon turn yellow.

You can disable persistent filters for reports in both Power BI Desktop or Power BI Service,

These two options provide the same functionality. If you have enabled this option in desktop, you would see this option in current report has been turned on when you check it on service. However, if you didn't enable this option when editing report in desktop, after publishing it to service, this option is turned off by deault, you could still turn it on on Service.

For more information, you can refer to this :Persistent filters in Power BI Service

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,
